We'd been managing two separate household schedules in our heads for over a year. The Co-Parenting Toolkit gave us an actual shared structure for the first time — the handover checklist alone reduced a lot of the confusion at pickup. It's not complicated, which is exactly why it works.

I came to the communication workshop a bit sceptical — I've sat through a lot of group sessions that feel abstract. This one was different because it stayed practical. We practised turn-taking with real example phrases, not just the theory. I've used what I learned in three conversations since and it's noticeably different.

The Family Meeting Planning pack made our Sunday check-ins feel more fair. Before, they tended to get derailed. Now we run through the agenda template and everyone gets a turn. The role cards for kids were a nice touch — my daughter takes her note-taking job very seriously now.

What I appreciated most was that Bondwell was clear about what they were offering. I'd been to other places that blurred lines between information and advice. Here they were honest about the scope and that made me more comfortable. The toolkit materials are genuinely well designed.

I found the response to my initial enquiry really thoughtful. They didn't just send a brochure — they asked a few questions and then suggested the meeting planning pack rather than the more expensive workshop, which was actually right for where we were. That felt honest.

My wife and I attended the communication workshop together. It helped us notice patterns in how we talk during disagreements — not through someone pointing them out, but through the exercises which sort of made them visible. We left with a small set of techniques that are actually usable in the moment.

Case Study — Co-Parenting Toolkit
The Situation
Two parents managing a primary school-age child across two homes in different parts of Phuket. School terms, after-school activities and holiday schedules were creating confusion, with frequent last-minute changes and miscommunications about handover times.
What They Used
The Co-Parenting Logistics Toolkit. Both parents worked through the shared calendar templates together and adopted the handover checklist as a standing item for every transition. They kept the emergency information sheet in both homes.
What Changed
Within six weeks, both parents reported fewer last-minute messages about forgotten items and much clearer expectations around pickup timing. The child's teacher noted the child seemed more settled on transition days. Used for around three months before they adapted it to their own system.
"The checklist sounds simple but it removed a whole category of conversation we were both dreading."
Case Study — Family Meeting Planning
The Situation
A blended family with four children from two previous households. Family conversations tended to be dominated by the loudest voices and often ended without resolution, leaving some members feeling unheard and others frustrated.
What They Used
The Family Meeting Planning pack. They introduced a fortnightly meeting using the structured agenda, rotated the facilitator role between adults, and gave each child a simple role from the role cards. The parking lot sheet became a way to acknowledge concerns without derailing the meeting.
What Changed
After about two months, family members reported that the meetings had a noticeably calmer tone. Older children began contributing more actively. The parents felt that having a structure reduced the pressure on either of them to manage the dynamic alone.
"The role cards were the unexpected part. The kids took them seriously and it changed how they showed up."
