1. Introduction
Bondwell ("we", "us", "our") takes the privacy of the people who contact us seriously. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, how long we keep it, and what your rights are in relation to it.
This policy applies to information collected through our website at bondwelle.world, through our contact form, and through direct correspondence with us by email or phone. We are the data controller for all personal information described here.
2. What We Collect and How
We collect personal information only when you actively provide it to us. This includes:
- Name — provided via our contact form

- Phone number — if you choose to include it
- Message content — what you write to us about your enquiry
We also collect anonymous usage data through cookies and analytics tools. This does not identify you personally. See Section 6 for more on cookies.
Legal Basis for Processing
We process your personal information under the following legal bases, in accordance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA):
- Consent — you submit a contact form knowing we will use the information to respond
- Legitimate interest — we have a genuine business interest in responding to enquiries about our services
- Contract performance — if you purchase a resource, we need your information to fulfil the transaction
Retention Periods
We retain enquiry records for up to 24 months from last contact. Purchase records are retained for seven years for accounting purposes. You may request earlier deletion at any time (see Section 7).
3. How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your enquiry and suggest relevant Bondwell resources
- To fulfil purchases and deliver materials
- To confirm workshop bookings and send session reminders
- To follow up on enquiries that were not concluded
- To improve our website and understand how visitors use it (analytics only, via anonymised data)
We do not use your personal information for unsolicited marketing. If you would like to receive occasional updates from Bondwell, you may opt in separately. You can withdraw this consent at any time by emailing [email protected].
4. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for their own purposes. We may share limited data with:
- Email service providers — to deliver responses to your enquiries
- Payment processors — if you make a purchase (they are subject to their own privacy policies)
- Analytics providers — anonymous usage data only (e.g. Google Analytics)
All third parties we use are required to handle data securely and only for the purpose for which it is shared. We do not transfer personal data outside Thailand except where necessary to use standard international service providers (such as email platforms), and we take steps to ensure appropriate protections are in place.
5. How We Protect Your Information

6. Cookies
Our website uses cookies to function correctly and to understand how visitors use it. You can manage your cookie preferences at any time through our Cookie Policy page.
Essential cookies (required for the site to work) are always active. Optional analytics and preference cookies are only used if you consent.
