Started by People Who Saw the Gap
Bondwell grew out of a simple observation: when families in Phuket needed practical help managing everyday coordination — shared schedules, household handovers, family conversations — there wasn't much available that was calm, straightforward and free of professional jargon.
We started in 2021 by putting together a small set of planning templates for two-household families. Word spread among the expat and mixed-nationality community in Phuket, and the materials grew into what Bondwell is today: a focused collection of tools, guides and workshop sessions.
We're not a counselling service. We're not a legal practice. We're a small team that believes families can navigate change more steadily when they have the right planning materials and a shared vocabulary for their conversations.

Family Information Resources in Phuket, Thailand
Bondwell serves families across Phuket and the surrounding provinces — expatriate households, Thai families, mixed-nationality partnerships and multi-generational groups who share children, property or daily routines across more than one home.
Our Co-Parenting Logistics Toolkit gives two-household families a shared language for scheduling and handovers. Our Family Meeting Planning materials bring structure and calm to regular household conversations. Our Family Communication Workshop builds practical skills — listening, taking turns, managing tone — in a group learning setting.
All Bondwell resources are available in English, with selected Thai-language materials also available on request. Everything is designed for families who want practical help, not professional direction, and who need materials they can use on their own schedule.
